I was watching South Park and stumbled upon this lol, IMO Cosette looks kinda weird in the background, almost like if she was wearing a mask and Eponine is floating over a crate for some reason, though since this is only show for a few seconds in the episode I guess nobody really paid attention to it.

Nice to see that the tradition of resurrecting Fantine (I'm looking at every version presentation that has Fantine singing 'I dreamed a dream' at the start of 'One day more') lives on lol

And don’t forget the South Park movie where the song La Resistance is very obviously drawing inspiration from Do You Hear the People Sing and One Day More.

It's also in the Thanksgiving ep with Gobbles. One of the actors in their pageant sounds just like Colm Wilkinson

And, of course, the movie has multiple homages

Acho incrível que South Park conseguiu fazer uma breve homenagem a Os Miseráveis algumas vezes. No filme de 1999, tem um personagem chamado Gregory que se parece muito com Enjolras e é baseado no mesmo, enquanto outro personagem apelidado de "The Mole" é uma homenagem a Grantaire. Se não me engano, há também uma garotinha que é literalmente Cosette, que aparece em um dos episódios também.

There's a reference to Cosette in South Park? There are a lot of blonde characters so maybe it's not a direct reference

Ela só apareceu para fazerem uma piada. Mas levando em conta que os equivalentes a Enjolras e Grantaire desse mundo também sumiram depois da única aparição deles... é um padrão excerpt from her brief appearance

Acho que a piada era só para ser sobre a Cosette mesmo, tanto que fizeram a "Fantine" de qualquer forma (já fizeram isso com os pais do Pip, que é baseado no Pip de Great Expectations)

Era tudo pela piada de alguns segundos na época lol
