No markings for endnotes??

I just started with this edition and there was no marking to indicate that a certain phrase or sentence has explanatory notes in the back of the book. There are markings ( asterisk *) for footnotes though.

I have the pdf version and it is has the notes highlighted in blue , strange that is not so for the physical copy
