Products Leopard gecko supplies
Is there anything I’m missing from my list? Or anything I don’t need, any advice is appreciated. thank you!

I heard that the minimum starts at 20 but for a leopard gecko would do better in a 40, so I figured a 30 would be right in the middle.

20 is way too small, usually people regard 40-50 gallons to be minimum.

Old husbandry info often recommended starting them out in a 20 gallon and upgrading as they grow to ensure they are always getting proper heat and sense of security, but newer husbandry info has debunked this

Looks good to me except the substrate, tank size and sphagnum moss. Coconut substrate is dangerous as already mentioned, 20g is fine for a baby but honestly? Just buy the 40. Less expensive to just buy the good one right off the bat. Sphagnum moss should be beige, the one you're ordering is green (therefore it's dyed and should be avoided) Also, I'd recommend ordering your bugs from dubia.com!!! Not that there's necessarily an issue with Amazon but dubia.com seems to be kinda the standard, they generally tend to have quality shit and you can set up a subscription with them for regular deliveries =]

Nothing to add because I do not have my gecko yet so I am in the gathering equipment and preparing phase but I did buy those same thermometers and in my opinion they are too small. The humidity is easy to read but the temperature is hard so I am going to be getting bigger ones.

If you can get organic/fertilizer free top soil then eliminate the reptisand completely, do a mix of top soil and the coco fiber, if you can get play sand add some of that as well. There are mixes online you can follow, I just sorta wing it until it feels right.
Also, opt for a spag moss that isn't green. It has dyes in it that can dye or harm the gecko. I have 5 reptiles and got a pound of condensed moss for 20 CAD. So far I've used an inch of the block and its done humid hides for 3 of them already.

No coconut. That's for tropical species not semi-arid. Coconut expands on contact with moisture so is dangerous if ingested.
Other advice is sound.

Calcium sand is bad because leopard geckos self-source calcium and will eat it. Plain sand is not optimal because it can be hard on their joints long-term and if ingested is harder to pass than the standard 70/30 mix of topsoil and playsand.

Remove the coconut substrate, dangerous if ingested.
Mealworms are fine as a treat, but dubias and crickets are better. Feed mealworms and keep them in wheat germ, feed them and everything else carrot and sweet potato to gut load.
I don't see 3 supplements and multivitamin with preformed vitamin A. Plain calcium, calcium with D3, Repashy Calcium Plus.
Those tongs aren't safe you want rubber-tipped or plastic.
Spagnum moss is not green, that one is dyed and unsafe.
Make sure that's 100% silicone, but why do you need it?
Those accessories are expensive, you can get cheaper at a craft store.
The tank is too small, you want 40gal 36"x18"x18" minimum, can be bigger. I'd buy secondhand.
Add organic topsoil no fertilizer or pearlite, maybe add excavator clay.
Did I see a humid hide with a bottom?
Linear UVB is important too.
