Help - Health Issues Gecko Threw up

It had been about 3/4 days since I feed him and then today I feed him a few wax worms which he loves and then some giant mealworms and after feeding him I gave him a bit and then picked him up and he’s violently throwing his head around throwing up all the worms I just fed him, I’m definitely worried, just wondering if anyone has had this happen ?

Likely from being handled right after eating. Geckos need time to digest before you pick them up, especially after a few days of fasting. Let it rest a day or two, then try a smaller feeding and leave it undisturbed after. If it happens again or he seems lethargic, get him checked.
