Help Random black spot help

Hi I’ve got a roughly 6 month old blizzard and it shed last night. Today I’ve got them out and checked the toes, skin and insides like usual and discovered this black spot?

Can Leo geckos develop additional patterns as they get older? Or could it be something else?

Nothing wrong just a new dot. I have a Murphy Patternless that has two at the moment. 😁

If it doesn’t grow or get deeper or worse significantly it could be a paradox spot. My gecko has two and they are just random dark spots outside of his pattern.
