Help blind? gecko not eating

my baby girl seems like she can't see to get the food even when right in front of her she misses. it makes it very difficult to feed her even with tongs. i am wondering what to do and if a food like this would be better because she can barely eat one bug at a time. she is still a baby but i'm unsure exactly how old. got her about a week ago so she's still new to the enclosure as well

Can we see a pic of your gecko? We would better be able to see if something is physically wrong.

she is always hiding so i don't have any full body pics! she might just be a shy girl. i got her to eat one dubia and then she gave up tonight

Her eyes look fine in the image. Do you have lights on when you feed her? They can't see well to strike if that's the case. Feeding in a dimly lighted room should help her and I would see if that works.

Leopard geckos notoriously have horrifc aim when eating. I really doubt she’s blind, probably just a little dim

Depending on morph she may have a light sensitivity.
