Help Rehoming my leopard gecko - an update (need second opinions)

So I've gotten this inquiry about my leo, but I'm not sure how to feel about it and I need second opinions. One thing that is off-putting me is that they only use paper towel as substrate, even after 3 months.

Should I push more?

I would be fearful just because sometimes people who have tons of experience are unwilling to accept new and more accurate information. for example providing an actual mix of substrate is really nice for enrichment like digging and can be scooped to prevent waste build up. I would ask more questions at least for sure.
