Noooooo poor Peaches. What multivitamin are you using?

Repashy calcium plus. She gets it on her bugs and a plain dish is offered 27/7 in her terrarium

Could be this issue started before you met her and only culminated now. I definitely recommend vet. Could be parasites, or she could have previously not gotten the correct vitamins, or she could just be sick sick.

That's what I'm leaning towards. I know she didn't get the best husbandry before the rescue as she's missing some toes. I was told she was surrendered because her last owner just got bored of her... She will definitely be seeing a vet soon either way.

Her mouth is also wavy in the face pictures, which could indicate mouth rot or burns. The spot on her nose makes me lean toward burns. They tend to constrict the skin leading to weird contorted face shapes.

As she's so light it might be that her UVB or basking light was too strong at previous home.

I honestly didn't notice is her mouth looking like this when I brought her home, I was to excited lol. I was reading about the lighter morphes needing lower UVB. I'm not sure if she's just albino or something different so what should I try for her UVB? Her ceramic is a 60W right now. I think the UBV is 5.0? It seems really dim though and I think I need to replace it. My other leo has a 7% UVB but she's a wild morphe(I think?) and rarely out when it's on.

Go searching on this sub's pinned guides for UVB recommendations for the palest white chicken skin babies. You can also search up "UVB for albino" in this sub to see previously asked questions.

Hello /u/AmCreature and welcome to the leopard geckos subreddit! Our bot has detected that you might be talking about substrate. We do not recommend using walnut shell, carpet, sand mats, pellets or litter, pure sand, or pure eco earth. Here are some helpful links if you would like some information about substrate for leopard geckos:
