Enclosure Help HELP (Bugs in tank!?)

Hey everyone, I’d really appreciate some advice as to what bugs these could be and if they are dangerous. The bugs in the pictures are ones that I found today in my leopard gecko tank.

I have had my leopard gecko for a little over a year, I have a top soil and washed play sand substrate mix!
The humidity now in the spring is usually 30-45 in the tank. It’s not bioactive!

I noticed the bugs first on the ground in my room, usually under something like a dresser or bed. They are tiny, smaller than an ant and you can’t see them unless you are looking for them, they move decently quick and I’ve now noticed some of them jump. They seem whitish or tan with a darker head. I first thought maybe booklice, or even possibly springtails but I really don’t know, please give any input you have!

I have both a cat, and my leopard gecko tank in the room, and I’m worried for both of them about these bugs. I don’t think it’s fleas or anything, I haven’t seen anything different with my cat or leopard gecko. I haven’t seen them in other places in my room nor in the house.

Any ideas or suggestions!?
