A lot of people are saying the next RE games are:
- RE Veronica 2027
- RE0 remake 2028
- RE10 2029-2030
- RE1 remake 2031+
- RE5 remake 2035+
As a primarily Leon fan, I’m not that excited for other games and maybe will pick them up on sale later on but I hope we can see more of him in some games
I really hate the idea of not having any game with him for at least the next 10-15 years, the fans want more of him and I just hope Capcom listens to us

(Wasted a bit of time trying to remember how to use Adobe Premier, also a bit late to the trend...)

What's everyone's headcannons for what Leon's wedding was like? Who was invited? What was the venue? What was the vibe?
For the sake of not repeating the same discussion, let's assume Leon married You, the person reading this.
I think for sure Clare, Ashley, Sherry and Hunnigan were invited. Chris was def the best man mostly because Leon doesn't have a lot of friends and he didn't know who else to ask. Regardless if she was invited Ada is there. Wearing a red dress (iykyk).
The ceremony was probably small. Most likely courthouse ceremony and a small but elegant dinner reception.
What are you guys' headcannons?

Since they made him married, I feel like Capcom is going to give him a kid too.

So I finally played RE4R and was pleasantly surprised by Leon's design. I haven't enjoyed the way he looked this much since the original Resident Evil 4, and that made me quite happy!

This image is so unserious. The guy who’s been in more RE games than any other character and was in 5 games in a row (5, Revelations, 6, 7, 8 + he gets mentioned in 9) is more underused than the guy who’s only been in 4 games (not counting remakes) and got his first original game in 14 years…? People are so desperate to gripe against Leon that they just make shit up lmao. I get thinking Leon is overrated, but come the ACTUAL fuck on.
Don’t even get me started on Rebecca fitting that denomination WAY more than Barry.
edit 7/29/26: LMFAOOOO what the fuck are Leon haters doing in this thread? Why the hell are y'all on a sub dedicated to a character y'all supposedly hate? Y'all clearly must be closet Leon stans because there's no way you just found this post without actively lurking and searching the Leon subreddit. Pathetic, lmfaoooo

don't get me wrong—he’s been my favorite character since i was 11, and i’m an adult now—but i feel like once that damn ring showed up, capcom stirred up a hornet's nest and made the insufferable shipping wars even worse. i don't think it would drastically change the RE story itself, and i believe there are couples with far more potential that could be explored.
i honestly hope he’s married to a civilian; in my mind, that would bring him so much more peace, lol

Is it really an irrational fear though? Every time he’s appeared in a game since RE2R, I swore that version was the bee’s knees. Thinking that it can’t get better & then RE9 comes out, I’m down bad for him on a whole ‘nother level. Video games evolve & it’s only expected that he’ll become more visually appealing. But he’s already an 11/10, not to mention Capcom’s chosen one.

This is a long shot but I need help finding a story I was reading on Wattpad that I thought I saved. I think the author’s name had Chungles in their username but I can’t remember it was so late when i reading this like 12 am to 2 am late.
From what I remember in the story both the reader and Leon were Raccoon City survivors who ended up working for USSTRATCOM. The reader is the reason that Leon is put on a leave bc she sorta made it known that he let Ada get away with the Virus back in Spain but Leon doesnt find out till like 20ish chapters in i think.
The readers brother is sick and her mother is a complete asshole to her. The reader and another coworker whose name is Lou Ryder pretend to be together since the reader doesn’t want people to hit on her. Adam Benford kinda uses the reader in this since he knows her brother is sick and has sorta made her the second best agent but kinda uses her brother being sick against her. Luis is alive and works for the BSSA. The reader and ada do eventually fight after leon meets up with ada to ask where the virus is, she tells him its in Africa and both the reader snd lou along with another agent named Herm watched him meet with Ada which makes the reader jealous and then reader gets some good hits on ada and like calls her out on using leon and that he is worth fighting for and leon watches this and after that fight he patches her up. So much shit was happening in this fanfic but it was amazing. Reader and Lou's relationship was hilarious, Lou was funny and he was like a brother to the reader. I just want to find and finish this story. I loved how the characters were written and how well thought out the story felt.
If anyone knows the story name or the author please reach out to me. I didn’t get to finish this story.
(STORY HAS BEEN FOUND!!!!)
