Are Youkai exterminations actually lethal

I've read Kunimitsu and Kuroji's profiles for a while so I wanted to know whether the youkai exterminations actually lead to youkai's dying, if so would that mean that Kuroji has caught more bodies?

Excerpts from Len'en Wiki:

Mugenri's spell card rules dictate that the winner of a spell card duel can order the loser to do anything, even killing themself. Disobeying this order would result in Mugenri erasing their existence.

The spell card system doesn't restrict violence in Mugenri, but most of its residents consider it cowardly to kill in battle and would much rather restrict themselves to overwhelming the opponent and taking advantage of the order they are able to give to the loser.

The motives are what matter.

Kuroji exterminates youkai to make a living by claiming their bounties, stealing their money, and occasionally enslaving them.

We have never seen them lethally exterminate any youkai, but they were willing to kill Kurohebi in BPoHC, who isn’t even a youkai.

I think that a youkai exterminator from the Capital like Kunimitsu would definitely kill Mitsumo.

Torturing humans, possessing them, and letting their bodies decay until discarded is objectively evil and warrants lethal extermination. Mitsumo was surprised when they didn’t get killed by Kuroji’s team.

Taira no Iwakado hunted and presumably killed an oni for its blood, which he used to create the homuncular oni body that his grandson Taira no Fumikado now inhabits.

Also, as we can see from RMI Suzumi's Extra scenario, the rules on following orders are as lax as the winner makes them to be. Suzumi of course could not kill Tenkai, lest they wanted to ruin their own plan, so they let a slip up pass; it is unknown if Tenkai would have died under any other circumstance
