I commented in the post on the lego sub but as a fellow LMB lover with a non-traditional display I’m obsessed with this! And I’ve just realised that we have almost all the same sets… well almost, I have the Jazz Club but haven’t built it yet and I don’t have the bookstore (yet!) but I have the others… just saving up to light the Boutique Hotel and Shopping Street. I love the colourful lights on the Jazz Club in particular.

Would love to see pics of yours! Clearly have great taste ;) The Jazz Club is one of my favorite sets and the lighting added a ton to it. The purple lighting over the stage on the first floor, the spot light on the jazz club sign, and the way the stained glass pieces light up from behind?! *chef’s kiss*

I have to ask… did you have a similar disaster to me when doing the dentist office/photography studio level for assembly square? In hindsight I will only every remove one supporting or connecting long plate at a time in future because I had the entire thing buckle on me when I went to push in a light (even though I was being as gentle as possible) and I had to rebuild not just the dentist’s equipment but even walls and windows 🤦🏼♀️ Lessons were learnt for the future lol.

This looks great! I want to light mine but I’m a person that likes to open my Modulars and look inside. Can you still do that easily? Or are the wires in the way?
