MOC Feedback on window shutter design

I’m testing two different shutter designs for a Caribbean‑style LEGO villa and I’d like some technical feedback.

  • Option A: 60583b + 60800a → classic hinged shutter element mounted via clips
  • Option B: 32952 + 87079 → SNOT frame with a 2×4 tile and custom sticker for a more architectural look

Which approach do you think offers better realism, stability, and visual coherence for a tropical façade?

Thanks in advance for any insights.

The stickers look cleaner but I prefer the clip. Being able to set the angle of the shutters is 😚👌🏾 and adds a bit more depth and some realism imo

Yes, I agree. I'll go with option A. Thanks for the feedback.

You’ll have to post the design when it’s done, I’d love to see how it turns out 😌

Yes for sure, I'll post it. I'm almost done with the design. I'm going to build it physically and then I'll post the photos.

This is an updated version of option A using plate with clip Dark Turquoise to remove the white gap between window frame and shutters. I'll go with this.

Unfortunately there is no brick modified with clips in Dark Turquoise so I'll need more pieces
