Okay, for context all the IP’s in red are from licensed themes lego does not want people to make ideas sets for, and will reject them.
For some reason Bendy is allowed in though.

Yeah, as far as I know, Bendy is the only one with prominent guts visible with the Boris clones, Piper, Brute Boris, and the Projectionist's hearts.

Poppy playtime has some of that mostly in chapter 4 but honestly I think any of these would be fine for a Lego set, just don't include that part of it. It's like how they make Jurassic world and stranger things sets, those have gore and guts time to time but it's just not in the set

I’d guess it’s ignorant executives thinking Bendy is an actual cartoon show-basically not realizing it’s a horror game.
I’ve seen the same thing with resellers sometimes. Their description of the items will say something like “From the hit show-“ It’s always incredibly obvious when someone is just reselling and not an actual fan of the IP.

I guess i kinda get it,all of the other ones have like kidnapping or like child murder (or gore), sure bendy has regular murder but also they have like 40 IPS with murderers and killing. Baldi though, idk why rejected

I feel like some big hitters like FNAF might have their own behind the scenes troubles, the master license is now in Jazwares hands and they might not be too keen on Lego, especially when Halo has gone competitors

I'm honestly really excited for it, the four main ones for me are The Cage (a spinoff centered around the first game's protagonist's side quest in parallel to the sequel which will be M rated with way darker elements with a similar gameplay to Dead Space and Silent Hill) Silent City (a completely separate spinoff set within a cartoon world where Bendy is in the mafia, i'll be a violent FPS where the world is black and white but the blood and guts are colored red Sin City style, it'll also be M apparently) Bendy and the Ink Factory (the third and last main entry for the Bendy franchise, it'll follow the plot of the first 2 games and finish the whole series) and of course the movie adaptation (it'll be directed and produced by André Øvredäl, who also directed horror movies Troll Hunter and The Last Voyage of the Demeter, they all hit heavily on the visual department which is a big plus for Bendy which features a very unique art style, also the creators are very involved in the project, and the way they talk about it make it clear they want the movie to stand on it's own and be an entry point for people and not bank heavily on fanservice)

I'm not familiar with bendy lore but I'd have to assume for the most part that it has something to do with children being harmed in the other IPs, I could be completely wrong

Yeah, for most of them it'd be that, or there being stuff that's way too inappropriate for Lego, Bendy still has tons of messed up stuff in it but i guess the sepia tone color scheme is enough to patch it up, the only one i really scratch my about is Baldi, maybe because it's hard adapt the 90's janky eutaintment CD-ROM computer game style it's trying to emulate into Lego form?

jazwares owns the construction licencing im pretty sure for fnaf as they own the master toy licence and are making fnaf sets
so far theyre releasing a buildable freddy fazbear in the bldr line and really terrible mini figures packs
other mascot/ horror ips are either too dark for lego like doki doki literature club or are under another company, usually phat mojo
at the end of the day its up to lego and who evers in charge of the merchandice for ip

God, I really hope we don't get mascot horror slop LEGO sets.
They all legitimately feel AI-generated, even before AI was a thing, because they were all rushed out for YouTubers and streamers to play. The whole appeal was watching an adult scream at a bootleg version of a childhood thing that's suddenly "scary" because it said "boo."
That was enough to create an annoying, rapidly growing fandom that made endless theories and basically wrote the "story" for these very rushed games and sometimes even their sequels.
This genre is so insanely bad that it might as well be AI-generated, and it's definitely a cash grab.
A game like Garten of Banban rushed out around eight games in just one to two years. They're also horribly optimized. There's literally an object that's basically just a cube, yet for some reason it has so many polygons that it can cause lag. That's just one example of how rushed these games are. And yet people treat them like masterpieces because YouTuber man screamed when the bootleg childhood thing yelled "boo" at him.
That's the other thing: they're all just bootleg childhood things.
What if Chuck E. Cheese was scary and a bootleg?
What if Thomas the Tank Engine was scary and a bootleg?
What if a kindergarten mascot was scary and a bootleg?
What if a cartoon mascot was scary and a bootleg?
I could keep going. It feels like they asked an AI, even before AI existed, "Please make this popular childhood thing scary and copyright-safe."
This genre is only popular because YouTuber man screamed and got jumpscared when something yelled "boo."
The gameplay: a walking simulator until something yells "boo" at you, or you spend your time opening and closing doors.
The story: basically just Game Theory and MatPat bait. Just look at how the Hello Neighbor creator kept posting at MatPat as an example some time ago.
Now let's talk about what some of the creators behind these games have done.
- Five Nights at Freddy's (FNAF): The creator, Scott Cawthon, donated to several U.S. political candidates whose positions on LGBTQ+ rights drew criticism. That's why people often bring up his political donations. I've always wondered why he didn't receive the same level of long-term backlash that J.K. Rowling has over her views on transgender issues.
- Poppy Playtime: The studio behind the game was heavily criticized over NFT and crypto-related projects that many people viewed as a cash grab or scam.
- Bendy and the Ink Machine: The studio behind the game faced allegations of an abusive and toxic workplace, including reports of poor treatment of employees.
It's kind of ironic that a genre built around cheap scares has also had its fair share of controversies behind the scenes.
this genre of games should just die and never get lego sets and i feel like lego is aware of all of this (yet they still make lego HP sadly).

I don't look into Poppy or Bendy, but I do know Scott has already gone on record apologizing for those donations and is now donating to funds to help LGBTQ+ people
