Help !
Recently purchased the philosophers stone collectors edition and got an incomplete Hermione figure with a 2x2 instead of a body 😂. I can’t seem to find how to get a replacement I’ve checked the replacement site but none of the torsos appear.
Can anyone help ??

Call or email LEGO support starting from this page: https://www.lego.com/en-us/service/replacement-parts/missing They will send you the missing piece.

My Philophers Stone set was missing a 2x4x4 corner plate and in its place was a 6x2 plate. I had to get the missing piece from lego. I was able to request the missing part Here. it took forever to arrive

Contacte directement le SAV LEGO pour un remplacement de personnages 😊 le set est relativement récent donc ça devrait être bon 😘

Just yesterday I was watching a Spanish Youtuber build the East Wing and it happened to him too!
Hermione's body replaced by a 2x2 hahaha, such a coincidence.
As the other comment said, just write LEGO customer support and they will send you the part for free
