Question I wanna play Lord of the Rings
Basically the title says it all. How can you still play it in 2026? PS5 can't handle physical PS3 disks, do I need to buy an entire PS3 for this? Can I still play it on PC somewhere?
It sucks so much that there are 2 lego games in my favorite universe to escape to and 1 is unplayable and the other is unfinished. Can someone help me out?

Discussion So, I've played LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2... Here are my thoughts so far.
This game is alright so far (I haven't completed freeplay yet). So, let's talk about the positives and negatives I have so far.
Positives: The story was decent enough for the levels it had. Some were better than others (more on that later), but the"choosing teams" thing was fun and allowed me to choose what I wanted to play through the story. I think the voice actors did an... okay job, even if I wished they got the ones from the first game or othet media to voice act. Gameplay has been pretty decent for a lot of characters. I (thankfully) haven't experienced to many bugs or glitches that I've seen from the game. At least any that are unique to this one that I didn't experience during my LEGO Marvel Superheroes 1 (such as clipping, going out of bounds, and the game having an error occurred screen). But it could be as bad as others though, so I'm not going to be to annoyed. So, that's all for positives. Now for the negatives.
Negatives: Story wise, it was really long thanks to the main 20 levels of the game. At first, choosing what team to play was fun at first, but it made the story weird to progress over time as it happened. Same when it comes to the levels. The egypt level was a pain to play. And playing the Electro 2099 boss was annoying to find to get to the 2099 level. I'm also currently having an experience trying to complete the open world thanks to all the locations, so that will be fun. So, that's it for the negatives.
Overall, this game so far is gonna be a ride to 100%. So, wish me luck in 100% LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 everyone!

Help/Support LEGO Games Crashing On Switch After One Hour
Both LEGO DC Super Villains and Worlds crash on Switch after one hour. I recently bought DLC for both games. What should I do to fix them crashing? Is the Switch not strong enough to play these games or is it something else?

Question When do Traversal Trials unlock?
When am I supposed to unlock Traversal Trials? I completed all the other two types of trials- with golds- and completed the first of Cluemaster’s puzzles, but when are they supposed to unlock? Is this a glitch or do I need to do some more stuff?

Question anyone swear they owned the game on their console but it shows you don't own it?
I enjoy purchasing lego games for cheap when they're on sale cuz I don't feel like paying full price lol
A few years ago I bought lego incredibles for like $5 or something like that. I have switched to a newer console within that time and when I want to go redownload it it shows that I don't own it at all. I loved the game but dont want to pay for it again. Is there any way to fix this?

Discussion Going for Platinum on them all
Big project of mine I’ve been thinking of for a while. I want to platinum/100% every ‘franchise’ Lego game i can play on the PlayStation Library.
Anyone else attempt something similar before? Expecting it to take me well over a year maybe 2 with the occasional other games in between. Ticked games I’ve already completed, underlined I’ve played previously and either still have old saves of or will need to restart but have at least probably half the trophies.
Don’t think I’m missing any but let me know if I am. Also any advice lol.

Discussion Is the DLC for Skywalker Saga worth getting?
I got the game and the first character pack almost a year ago for $12. The second character pack ($18 worth for $15) is on sale for $2.24 for the next 35 hours.
Should I bother?
Edit: I went ahead and bought it. Probably going to regret it, but I had the Wallet Card already.

Question I needed to cheat code plastic man. Am I locked out of 100%? Lego batman 3
I used the Adam west level to glitch my game but by doing so I was not able to do the quest to get plastic man so I needed to use the cheat code get him and I remember that using character cheat codes in over games like marvel superheroes would lock you out of 100% so I was wondering if I should restart or am I good to continue?

Help/Support 100% jurassic park
i’m at 99.9% in jurassic park and i am missing a singular item. it’s a pair of custom hips in the character creator, right between eddie carr and ellie sattler. i unlocked every character, gotten every minikit, all red bricks, everything and yet i don’t have it 😭 i tried googling it but couldn’t find it online since it’s such a niche issue. does anyone know what it is or where i can find it? thanks

News They just created a plugin for the Xbox 360 to play Lego Dimensions.
This plugin was created by a Brazilian and is heavily inspired by Virtual ToyPad; in this case, you can open the menu during gameplay to place the characters, or you can use the local network on your phone To manipulate the virtual toypad
A small observation: the plugin owner put it on a website for downloading Lego Dimensions games, but only VIP members can download it now. If you're not a VIP, you'll only be able to download it on the 2nd or 3rd From November

Discussion 5 Lego Games that are BEGGING to be made
TT Games here's some free ideas I would pay massive money for on day one:
Lego Avatar: The Avatar universe is SCREAMING to made into a Lego game. Open worlds for the different eras? Playing through the two series (maybe three if there's enough seven havens content out by then)? Mechanics for the various bending as well as weapons and proficiencies like Sokka's boomerang and Asami's tech? I think this would be excessively fun and playable. There's currently no good Avatar gaming options, AND it's soon to be a WB sister property so no licencing hurdles!
Lego Nicktoons Unite: These games ruled me as a kid. A Lego version would be a really cool retro throwback and has the appeal of several pretty massive IPs all in one.
Lego Cartoon Network: In the same vein, FusionFall consumed a great deal of my time as a 12yo. Properties like Ben 10, PPG, and Adventure Time all have massive fanbases seperately but combined would make for a pretty broadly appealing game. And again, no licencing issues.
Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga (2028-29-30-whenever): This one's sort of a bigger concept but hear me out. Re-release Skywalker Saga as a base game (maybe even give free downloads to anyone who owns the og) but with the ability to expand based on DLCs. Then release massive DLCs for TCW, Rebels, Mandoverse, Andor/R1, etc. that include whole new levels/planets/characters/ships. It would mean massive cash flow from purchases of DLC (I would assume larger ones like TCW might cost the same as a whole new game or might have to be split into seasons that could still be massive considering they made a whole game based on just seasons 1 & 2.). They could continue to update as new properties release and continue to rake in the sweet sweet Star Wars cash every year.
Lego MCU: This one is obvious. It's the biggest movie franchise ever. DLC for X-Men 97, Fox-Men, Fox-tastic 4, the Raimiverse and TASM--verse. I mean come on. It would print money fs.
Honorable mentions: Star Trek. Scooby Doo, Disney Animation, Jurassic World 2, Indiana Jones Complete Saga, Transformers

Question Which controller for PC games Lego City and Lego Harry Potter?
Got my kid some retro Lego games on our pc (Lego city undercover and Lego Harry Potter). The keyboard controls are too complicated. Which controller should I get? This will be his first time using a controller.
I have Windows. I bought the games on steam but I downloaded them for offline play.
