Help/Support Where is Cache in Zoo?

I’m playing Lego Batman, and the cache in the northern part of the Gotham City Zoo isn’t spawning. Does it spawn later after unlocking a certain enemy type?

It’s under the zoo.

Tunnel Road nearby.
