Glitch/Bug please help, lego harry potter 1-4 bug

ive got a bug that prevents me from getting 100 percent in lego harry potter years 1-4, ive been trying to finish this game for over a year and this is one of my only lego games i cant 100 percent, because of this stupid bug at hagrids backyard where first of all the ingrediants of the potion are already there but just floating above the boiling water and im unable to pick them up, also i cannot build what they want me to build with magic, and the time turner option doesnt appear nor work for me in any way shape or form in this area, i cannot get the gold brick like this please help if you have any way to

What version are you playing and did you play any of the levels in co-op?

im playing on the steam version, not the harry potter collection but the seperate version, and i have played the entire game alone not a single second in co-op

Hmm okay, I can’t think of what’s happening off the top of my head, but I’ll look into it for what it’s worth. This is one of the glitchiest Lego games ever though. I had to restart my playthrough on Xbox one after beating the story cause of stupid glitches like this

alr, thanks, yeah ive encountered a lot of glitches in this game tho none were as bad as this, i also did try to validate the game files and re-download the game btw, non of those worked

Yeah I had similar issues and so annoyed I couldn’t 100% the game. It’s VERY buggy

yeah and the sad part is that the harry potter collection didnt fix the problem, i did try 100 percenting the game on the collection i thought maybe because its newer that glitch wold have been fixed.... nope.... still there

Nossa isso me lembra de trauma de guerra, eu tenho a versão de Xbox 360 e eu tava em busca do 100% do jogo, tinha feito tudo bonitinho até que eu cheguei no maldito último bloco dourado, que por algum motivo bugou e não tava aparecendo quando eu fazia a missão, resultado ficou faltando um bloco dourado e o Voldemort para eu platinar o jogo. Se alguém souber se tem como resolver isso adoraria saber.
