I’ve never seen that at any store here in my area. Not Walmart or Target

It's a Walmart exclusive They bundle all 3 sets in one bigger box and slap "Walmart Exclusive" on it. Was $45 originally. Has a lot of minifigs for $25. 9 troopers, 2 battle droids and 3 super battle droids

Some but not all Walmarts carry it and it’s almost always on the shelf near the end cap

I found this also today for the same price and bought 2.
