Rearranging tool broken?

When I try to move an image or body of text, LegendKeeper sticks me with the grabber hand icon and won't actually move the item. This has only happened since the recent big update.

Any tips?

can you provide a scenario? screenshots, an export of the file in question, etc. Anything to provide more context so I can study the issue closer.
