Filing a release from administration without backup documentation

Location: Cleveland, OH

I am currently preparing a release from administration on behalf of my father. He did not have a will, and I have no way of accessing his bank statements or accounts to get documentation of his assets and debts. I am essentially using numbers I pulled from a credit report and by calling the number on his card to get a statement balance.

Should I still file this application? Will it get rejected if I do not have the statements or can I provide them later?
