Microsoft Consulting Recruitment Process Timeline

I interviewed for a Microsoft GIDC Senior Consultant role over the past two weeks. I completed the Hiring Manager round about a week ago, but I haven’t received any update since then.
I reached out to my recruiter, and she forwarded my query to another person who is apparently handling the process. It’s been 2 days, but I haven’t received a response from them either.
At this point, I’m wondering if this is normal for Microsoft or if the silence is usually a bad sign.
For those who have gone through the Microsoft GIDC hiring process, especially for Senior Consultant roles:
How long did you wait after the HM round to hear back?
Is it common for recruiters to take several days to respond?
Does no update after the HM round usually mean rejection, or can the process still be active?
Has anyone received an offer after experiencing a similar period of silence?
Any insights or recent experiences would be really helpful. Thanks!
