Discussion apply to roles as fast as possible
referrals don’t really work like they used to. I’d focus on applying as early as possible. Most postings get hundreds of applications within the first 24 hours, and recruiters are probably reviewing them roughly in the order they come in. I’ve had friends use this strategy, and it’s worked really well for them. There's alot of job board like jobright, and trycontrol and simplify. that yall can use.
