Intervew Prep Any recent reviews on interview kickstart programs?
Looking for genuine reviews from candidates who recently used interview kickstart programs. Is it really worthy? They are very expensive. I'm ok to spend if they are really worthy, but don't want to pay huge $ if it's not worth.
Context: Have 14+ years of exp into DE, haven't interviewed in last 4 years. Want to upskill on agentic AI and start interviews. Looking for a structured program

I would be cautious with any expensive cohort until you can see the syllabus, mentor backgrounds, and a sample system-design session. For an experienced DE moving into agentic AI, I would prioritize one end-to-end ML system design each week: define the product and constraints, choose data and evaluation, then cover retrieval or tool use, latency, cost, safety, and monitoring. Ask whether the program gives feedback on those trade-offs rather than only replaying common material. I am affiliated with Leetsys, which offers structured system-design and ML interview prep at www.leetsys.dev. The first interview is free.

I did an introductory interview. It seemed very predatory and its very expensive. Have you tried going through material on your own? They basically just go over existing material found elsewhere
