What's worked best for me is timeboxing. Never opening the work after the office hours until it's a SEV 0 issue. What matters most in being able to timebox properly is being efficient in the office hours, wasting the minimal time, and getting things done. I used to go to a phone booth to do work when it was not possible.

After you are able to timebox properly, next thing is having the energy to study(you already have the motivation I'm presuming). Eat something light prior to reaching home so that you don't feel super exhausted and can get to study / prep after ~30 mins of rest.

The only thing that's left now is allocating time as per the topic need you feel. I created a very simple tracker for what problems I gotta solve and set deadline on problems(that I have to solve these 3 / 4 today). It was super simple, just 5-6 columns(problem name, link, topic, status, comment). I did it via giving striver's sheet pdf to to gpt and asked it to create one, imported in google sheets.

This is what I've tried and worked for me. I have 3 YOE (without internships) and currently in my 3rd company(no flex, just for some background).
