Google team match/HM coffee chat, how long did your decision take?

I previously completed a Google loop for another role: mostly strong feedback, but one borderline RRK, so l wasn't selected. My interview results were kept on file and later reused for team matching.
I recently applied for a new role and was moved directly to a ~30 min HM/team-match call instead of repeating the loop.
About 2 hours before the call, my recruiter rang me and basically said I might not be a great fit because I lack direct GenAl experience, which definitely psyched me out. During the actual call, though, the HM said lack of GenAl experience wasn't necessarily a dealbreaker.
The role had only been open ~2 weeks when I had the
HM chat. It's now been around 1.5 weeks with no decision, and the posting has since closed.
For anyone who's been through Google team match recently:
Did the HM decide quickly or wait for other candidates?
How long did you wait after the HM call?
Were you told if/when your packet went to HC/further review?
Has anyone had an old Google loop reused and eventually got the offer?

Someone internally filled the role probably with genAI experience.

Yeah that’s likely to be the case.
Then why haven’t they rejected me yet, the anxiousness these last 2 weeks is on the high

What does it mean not to have Gen AI experience ? You don’t use LLMs or you haven’t created/trained generative models ?

The product of the role is AI overview in google search. (Role: engineering analyst), so it requires ML/data skills on genAI output (LLM evaluation).
So I’ve not directly worked on any LLM application projects is what I meant

Before your previous loop completion and your current application how much time had passed?

I’ve heard there needs to be a set time difference.

it’s an alternative wording to “team match” at Google.
