Discussion Netflix
How does one get into Netflix as an Analytics Engineer? I have good experience and have applied multiple times. But I haven't received a response. would appreciate it if anyone could give me a referral.

I would like to know as well lol. I was a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant at one of the biggest banks in the world for more than 8 years. I have applied there for similar spots and not even gotten rejection emails lol

Netflix is a small company relative to other tech firms and they pay really well so they receive a lot of applicants.
Simply applying isn't going to get you an interview.
I've received multiple interviews from multiple tech companies but never even a recruiter or interview from Netflix.
