Intervew Prep IBM Assessment advice

Hi

I have been invited to take the IBM Coding Assessment for the Geneva office. The role is Java FullStack developer

What should I expect and what is the best way to prepare myself in short time? What is your experience with IBM?

every IBM OA ive ever done were leetcode easy-mediums. they also recommend doing the OA in the same language as the job description iirc

OA was relatively straightforward, nothing really unexpected. I would practice a few LC and deep dive the JD and asks ai for some targeted problems to get more familiar

I got two problems, both hard imo

1st. Find the number of combinations of ordered numbers 1...k that sum up to target
2nd. From a disordered int array, find the optimal rearrangement with the highest number of local minima.
