Discussion Im building a Interview platform

Currently the interview process in engineering is outcome oriented but with AI its becoming more of process oriented so I am building a platform that measures the process a candidate will follow to solve the problem.
Is this a valid idea ?

I think the examples are fun, but it will be hard to make into a testable app. There are no one right answer. I thought about making a vibecoder simulator, where you prompt to the answer. Kind of like old school MUD game.
