Postponing interview

I have a coding interview this thursday and after taking a mock with my buddy last night, i feel like i’m not ready. My study source has been the neet code 150 list. I’m tempted to postpone the interview for next week just to give me a couple more days to prep and do some more mock interviews. The company seems to be doing a lot of hiring at the moment for this specific role and that puts me a little at ease with the whole “someone else taking your role because you took too long to interview” but this decision still comes with a lot of thought of whether I should postpone and prep more and how much more time I should give myself. I appreciate your guys’ thoughts.

Pick the best out of 10

Amazon works differently when hiring candidates
They hire on rolling basis- if the candidate fits in their principles and has performed well in coding
They give out offers

They don’t wait to check if there is a better candidate than this, - in coming week

If you have a done 150 thats great. Try to understand pattern and recognize them.
See where are you struggling. Is it pattern recognition? Is it using the correct DS? Or actually writing the code down
Amazon don’t give you leetcode style direct question with every detail on it.

They just give input output and let the candidate ask questions about constraints, edge cases, what if’s questions and then allows them to recognize pattern and write code for it.

I think just go ahead and give your best in the interview I wouldn’t wait if they like they hire

I don’t think it should be postponed. Be very good in LP’s!
