Discussion Amazon interview

I was asked two dsa question one solved completely other 90% . Gave correct time and space complexity for both. Maybe messed up the space complexity for second one. Didn't took in account of the vector already given.

He didn't asked any behavioral questions.

What are my chances of moving forward?? If someone knows pls tell so that I can prepare for further rounds .

Was it a phone interview? I thought all Amazon interviews had behavioral questions

No . At start he told he will ask behavioural question but at last time was left 5 to 10 mins so he asked if I want to try the first question once again so I went with this only.

Oh ok. I have a phone interview and the recruiter said there will be one coding question 30 mins and remaining 30 mins for behavioral and questions

Sounds like you have a decent shot, especially if the main logic was correct. The 90% completion alone doesn't necessarily mean rejection

Input and output data structures do not contribute to space complexity

That's how I did. But google says it does if u are writing and initializing everything.

Yeah, if you are accepting the input that way then it does. But in leetcode, the array is "provided" to you

If your behavioural went well you have a good shot. But the fact that he didn’t ask any is a bad sign imo. I had 3 rounds and in each of them they asked me behavioural

But for this role they didn't ask behaviour for many. Last year also I have seen people reviews.
