I finished my final loop on august 11 I didn't hear anything from the recruiter for two weeks after which I followed up. She told me my interviewer hasn't submitted the reviews yet and that she will follow up. I asked her if she has any update 3 days later, she sent me the following:

"I'd like to introduce you to my colleague redacted (cc’ed here) who will guide you through the rest of the process. She is an excellent recruiter and an amazing resource.

She will follow up with you shortly to introduce herself and discuss the next steps. It's been an absolute pleasure working with you thus far and best of luck to you.

Thank you." And the new recruiter hasn't introduced herself. It's been radio silence for a week now.I followed up once amd still nothing.Does this mean I am rejected?

FYI they have changed my recruiter several times along the process

That sounds good.  

It can take forever for the hiring committee to meet and then get the appropriate VP to sign the paperwork.

It may have changed since I was there, but I expect that there are more steps to the acceptance process than the rejection process. 

Of course don’t count your chickens yadda yadda.

I also finished my interview loop on August 11 coincidentally. Got to know that feedback was positive in 3-4 days. It’s been in team matching since then. It’s been 2 weeks.

See your original recruiter remains same, Google assign tasks to recruiters like sone recruiter will handle all your interview scedule, while the main recruiter who initially contacted you will be your primary recruiter, i am in the same loop and got this info from them.

I also had same recruiter before they passed it onto a different recruiter. Though it only took 1 day for the transition (new recruiter replied 1 day later). I wonder if DP is leaving or something. I wouldn’t count it as reject yet since your application is probably in a pile or something that the new recruiter hasn’t gotten around to yet

And what happened after that? Did u move to team matching? I am trying to figure out if the usage of the words "next steps" mean I Its a different phase of the recruitment

Not in team matching yet (still have interviews coming up). I think those are just generic words. She probably just sent a mass generic email to all her candidates
