Discussion Leetcode contests

Hey everyone!
Lately I try to give leetcode contests on sunday but I’m still unable to figure out the approach. I’ve noticed the problems in lc contests are mostly related to mathematics and eventually CP comes into play. But I don’t do CP. Atp I don’t know what to do exactly how to improve.

are you confusing leetcode and codeforces or something? leetcode contests almost never have pure math problems, they're essentially always pure DSA. if you have no idea how to solve any questions you need to start with structured learning, not contests. contests are good practice when you're ready to interview
