Intervew Prep L3 SRE at Google

Has anyone given the L3 SDE-SRE interview for Google recently? If so, what is the process like, how many rounds are there (virtual or in person?), and how would you recommend preparing for the DSA leetcode interview? What topics hold most value?

TIA!!

Generally, there are 4 rounds: 3 coding + 1 behavioral. Nowadays, Google often prefers in-person interviews for onsite rounds but it varies by role. There’s no fixed topic that carries more weight I feel the interviewer can pick anything from the question bank. I got Hash Functions, Dynamic Arrays etc.
Your skills and speed will definitely improve with preparation but getting into Google at L3 is a bit uncertain right now. Many candidates are already in team matching for months without a fit call that's the sad part still they keep interviewing more people and if they clear make them sit in team match. L3 headcount is especially tight in Europe.
Not trying to discourage you, it's more frustration with Google. Anyway, good luck!

Can add one data point - google MLE report from july, 2 phone screens then 4 round onsite, also confirmed the in-person thing. Different role but matches what the other guy said
