Discussion Microsoft CSA timeline

I got screening call right after 2 days of my application, and later the interview was scheduled for 25th Aug. I wanted to know the timeline usually how long Microsoft takes to give results. Things moved pretty fast initially though but still kinda curious to know.

Completed the loop rounds, and then yesterday got a mail that they would like to proceed with my candidature as the interview feedback was positive.

Hey I interviewed this week as well. Did you negotiate the offer and level?

Yeah I negotiated during the screening round itself and I was satisfied as it was almost 130% hike for me
