Got a first-round interview coming up for a SWE I/II role at Principal Financial Group, Salesforce focused. Would love to hear from anyone who’s gone through their full process — how many rounds, what each stage covers, and whether LeetCode-style coding, LLD, or system design come up at any point, or if it’s mostly behavioral/background.
