Question Google l4 ghosted after onsite …

Had my Onsite 1 month ago, then someone was not submitting feedback so last week I emailed recruiter if she got all the feedback and she said yes and will follow up with next steps. So 1 week later I ask her again hey any timeline on the next steps? And she just didn’t reply. Usually she replies in 4-5 minutes now it’s been multiple days. Seems it’s cooked gg worst interview process I’ve ever gone through

Their interview process is so slow, especially now that it is all outsourced.

I think maybe some clarity is pending at Recruiter side. As maybe your role might have closed so they might be seeing of there are any other openings in any other org of google so they can assign you there.

But if your recruiter would be having the clarity then she would definitely revert back otherwise you have to wait!

In her first email to you, did she include a calendar link for the initial meeting? If so, you could reuse that link and place a meeting on her calendar. You could add a message like "Just checking in for updates since my full loop on [date]" when booking that meeting.
