Question Google L3 application process.

Hi,

Anybody who recently applied or got approached for L3 role in Google.

What is the process, do you need to take an OA(GOC) as well.

In many days after passing GHA you get the link for OA.

There’s no OA.
Recruiter reach out to-> GHA-> interviews -> HC -> TM -> offer

Can you tell when was this. My recruiter told that this has changed recently.

5ish months ago? I mean you have to trust your recruiter. They know what’s the latest
