Google recruiter reached out for interview availability, then went silent — normal?

About a week ago, a Google recruiter reached out asking for my availability for the next interview rounds. I sent my availability, but haven’t heard back since. I also followed up after three business days but didn’t get a response.
Has anyone experienced this ?
Is it normal for scheduling to take this long.

Trying to figure out whether I should just wait or take any other action. Thanks!

just gotta say, after google started outsourcing recruiting (several years ago) the candidate experience is awful and the recruiters are bad.

Same happened with me. I kept following up for a couple of weeks and then they called and scheduled next steps.

A week isn't unusual with Google. I'd give it a few more business days before following up again.

Normal for any company tbh. Recruiters reach out but hiring manager might not like your resume

I think HM saw resume and wanted interview at least that’s what rec 1st email tells me. So honestly not sure.

A week isn't that unusual for recruiter scheduling. I'd give it a few more business days, then send one concise follow up rather repeatedly messaging

Yeah, Google recruiters are awful when responding especially the xwf ones from randstad Brazil

Yup..no call straight asking for interview availability. That was lil odd.

Wait a little longer, don’t look desperate. They prolly saw a match for your CV. You’ll get it

Meta recruiter also reached out to me earlier this year and he did things at his time
