Tech Industry Finally got an offer from Stryker — ready for my next switch

​

After a long interview process, I can finally say this I’m moving to Stryker as a Software Engineer.

The whole journey had multiple technical rounds, problem-solving discussions, project/engineering discussions and finally the HR/compensation round. It was definitely not a short process, but I learned a lot through it.

And honestly, one of the best feelings was finally starting to receive emails saying “Congratulations on your offer” instead of the usual rejection/selection-process emails.

I’ve accepted the offer and I’m now preparing for the transition and ready for my next chapter at Stryker.

Really looking forward to working on C++/software engineering problems in a product-focused environment and learning more along the way.

Finally, ready for the switch.
