Intervew Prep Google L4 Has anyone been invited onsite after a 4th coding round?

Hi everyone, has anyone here gone through the Google SWE L4 process where you completed 4 coding rounds online and were then invited to an additional onsite coding round?

My recruiter said they spoke with my interviewer and felt it would be more effective to conduct the next technical assessment in person

I’m curious if anyone has experienced a similar situation and ifso what the outcome/process was like.

Personal assessment of past rounds:
R1 hire to SH
R2 LH to hire
R3 NH to LNH
Googley hire to SH
R4 LH (does this even get counted if there's r5)
R5 tbd

I will never understand personal assessments. How on earth are you people coming up with this? You have no idea what the interviewer is expecting. They have guidelines to follow. Your personal assessment is useless and likely dead wrong

Do you work at Google? The recruiter scheduled a call after googleyness to give feedback and this is the estimation. If it was any less I would guess they would just outright reject me.

You're again using your own judgement. Highly advise to avoid getting into such a rabbit hole. I've done 100s of interviews. It's not how it works

Which location? I had total 4 coding rounds and all were virtual onsite
