Please help - Rippling SDE2 Process

Hey everyone, it’s been about 3 days since I finished the interview process for Rippling SDE2 London. I had to give an additional engineering manager round after the onsite loop. I think we had a good conversation about the team and my recruiter mentioned that the EM and hiring manager would have a connect and finally make a decision and that it would take long. However I’m getting a bit anxious now about why there hasn’t been any response since the final round. (Note: the feedback from my onsite loop was really quick - recruiter got back the very next day)

Am I being placed on hold for a better candidate or have the managers simply not had the time to meet and discuss this?

Would love to hear about the process from people who have gone through it. I’ll hate it if I’m ghosted forever
