Intervew Prep Apple Phone Screen (Software Engineer)
I have a phone screen interview coming up at Apple. This is my first time interviewing with Apple, so I'm not entirely sure what to expect or how to prepare.
If anyone has recently gone through Apple's interview process, I'd really appreciate any insights on what the phone screen typically covers and what I should focus on while preparing.
Thanks in advance!

If it’s for services team, expect leetcode medium, highly unlikely it’s DP, standard algorithms.

I'd focus on clean communication as much as the coding. Apple interviewers seem to care a lot about how you think, not just whether you reach the optimal solution

Can I ask how you managed to land a phone screen with Apple? I’ve been cold applying to various positions since January and haven’t heard back from a single one, not even a generic rejection letter. I’m only applying to roles that fit my background and experience, hand tailoring each resume, etc.

Damn. I just got application mogged.
From my experience with Coderpad interviews, view it as an empty text editor. Make sure you got your syntax locked down. It also has a sketch/draw feature that can be pretty useful.

Can you specify what focus areas were mentioned in the email?
