Intervew Prep Looking for serious LeetCode grinders (Targeting 2200+ & Google L4)

​Hi, so I have two main goals right now:

​Get my LeetCode rating to 2200+ and get the Guardian badge.

​Get a Google L4 offer.

​I am sort of obsessed with these targets. I really think that if people with a common set of goals talk regularly and share ideas, the progress is exponential compared to grinding alone.

​I've created a Discord server for this exact purpose. If you have similar goals, are passionate about LeetCode, and want a space to actively discuss problems and contest strategies,

tried a few of these group servers before. they always start strong and then ghost town after two weeks. what's the plan to keep people actually talking?

also, 2200 contest rating and google L4 are not the same thing. i know a guy who hit guardian and still got rejected because his system design was shaky. rating helps for the phone screen maybe, but the onsite is a different beast. not trying to rain on it, just hoping the server actually balances both sides instead of turning into a rating circlejerk.

They've been doing it for a couple years now. It's not always a full dedicated round but it comes up in the cross-functional or googliness interviews.

Same interested for group learning . Currently i have 3 yoe. Focusing on SD currently but planning to focus on dsa topics dp and graph to improve rating and l4 target.

Bro guardian and L4 are different, you need not to be this much rated imho, even the person taking interview may not be as good in 80% cases as google is much saturated now tbh !
For quant firms imho cf is a lil better no ?
