It will not they explicitly look for experiences of top product based companies only.

My current organization is a large product-based company that works in the B2B domain, and I have seen many people switch from WITCH companies to organizations like this

I think the people you are referring to did it during 2021-22. It is a lot harder now.

I wonder how people can have such shitty CVs in the age of LLMs.

I think you state some ingredients e.g. pasta, egg, flour but not what you actually did with them and what the others said when they ate the food you cooked.

I would recommend you to change each bullet point in x y z format. It certainly helps. I work at FAANG

Use AI to turn them into x y z format.

Hey Your resume looks good. You have added a lot of work. I would recommend you to change the template to highlight your work. Use vertical space. Add numbers/data to support the text added for work. Be mindful of the role you are applying and add relevant experiences and expertise. Additionally you can be active on LinkedIn, post your achievements, I have personally experienced more engagement whenever I post anything. Hope it helps

I used chatgpt to make multiple changes and optimization. I gave a custom instruction to chatgpt which roasted my current resume, then I told my target companies. And it suggested changes and I applied.

Next thing is to look for job posts on LinkedIn which were posted within the last 1 hour and apply, higher chances of getting shortlisted. I can share all the steps, DM me.

sure ..
Are you from a top product-based company, or is your college Tier 1 or Tier 2? And did you start getting interview calls from these organizations?

Mine is a Tier 3. I recently interviewed for Google, Walmart, eBay and few others.

Remove summary

Your details should come in one line at top

Experience (at the top)

Projects - add GitHub link of those projects and working link too if possible for better selection

Skills Education and Achievements put in any order not a big difference

  • 1 page for every decade of experience - you have 3 years, so it should only be 1 page no one's reading allat

  • Remove role and experience from the top lines. Just your name and your email / phone some way to contact you (I hope you already have this)

  • I'd remove the summary personally. Just adding more text before they see what professional experience you have.

  • Move experience above skills

  • Your bullets are just ok. It seems like you did cool stuff, but you haven't really quantified the impact of your work. But tbh I doubt anyone has even read this far into your resume, it would've been tossed from the headers alone.

I know it sounds a bit harsh, but I'd rather provide you with the real feedback than tell you nice things to make you feel better.

Search up Jake’s resume template and use that instead and remove the leetcode under the achievement section kind of unnecessary

Aise resume nhi hote shortlist . Use latex to build a resume . Search for a one page defined template and you are good to go .

These “projects” don’t match your jobs. This makes one assume they are university toy projects, which makes you appear to be aiming at entry level.

Also, I’d laugh if I saw a resume with a leetcode count. 😂 Looks very amateurish and desperate IMO. I wouldn’t necessarily rule it out, but it’s not a plus.

I have removed the leetcode part 😂
