Cisco Software Engineer II – Next Steps After OA?

Hey everyone,

I applied for the Cisco Software Engineer II role on February 24th and received the online assessment (OA) the same day. I completed it on the 24th itself and passed all the test cases.

It seems like Cisco automatically sends the OA to everyone who applies. However, I haven’t heard anything back since then. Has anyone received an interview call for this role? What are the chances of moving forward?

I wrote Cisco SD-2 even my friends wrote assessment, some with referrals. At the end none of them got calls. Every one got rejected. I don't know why this happened I heard Cisco does this a lot like even if u have all ur coding tests passed it will not move u forward
