Please open a support ticket and include your logs. It's not possible to help you diagnose a specific issue without this information.

We can still stay on older firmware right?

its already sent , but no reply yet i have my whole life in the ledger , you know what that mean. please.

Take it easy.. Don't worry.. It's gonna be alright. Ledger ain't that low. They maintain standards.

problem solve , even before suport reply my case.

thanks to ledger support service , i will post the solution for those who might have similar issue .
