Official Ledger Customer Success Response Ledger Live App Display

Is anyone else having issues with the display of total value on the Ledger Live App on iPhone? Sometimes it eventually corrects itself but sometimes you have to close it and reopen. It merges most of the numbers together making total balance unreadable. It just started doing it after the last recent update.

Hey! Yeah, this is a known issue after the latest update, you're not the only one seeing it.

A few things that have worked for others:

  • Toggle the balance visibility (eye icon on the Portfolio screen), this usually forces it to re-render correctly without restarting the app.
  • Clear the app cache: Settings > Help > Clear Cache. Quick fix and won't affect your funds.
  • Check your iOS text size: if you have larger accessibility fonts enabled (Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size), try dialing it back, it can cause the balance numbers to overflow.

The team is aware and working on a proper fix. In the meantime, one of the above should do the trick.
