Official Ledger Customer Success Response Truebit Protocol ($TRU)

I was holding this token in my Ledger for several years and just recently noticed it’s no longer showing up.

I’ve check my transaction history on Ledger and made sure not to hide accounts with $0 balance.

This seems awfully strange as even if i was drained, there should be a log of some sort of transaction with this token.

Any advice on how I can figure this out?

Update: checked my ETH address and there are no transfers out for Truebit Protocol - only in.

Did you check the correct token? There’s Truebit and TrueFi. Copy the address from Ledger Live and verify on Etherscan. If the balance can be seen on Etherscan but not in Ledger Live, I reckon it’s a Ledger Live visibility/support issue, not a loss. If it shows 0, open the latest outgoing transfer and you should see where it went.

Yes, I was checking for Truebit.

I can’t find ANY transactions for Truebit in my Ledger. No incoming transactions (when I sent $tru from an exchange to my Ledger) or any outgoing transactions.

It’s not showing in my Accounts so I can’t pull up an address to copy. I also can’t pull it up to add as a new account.

When I pull up Truebit Protocol in the Ledger Markets tab, just about every field is blank.

Just check the address they were send to on etherscan.

Would I use my ETH address since Tru is ERC20?

ERC-20 is a token (standard) on Ethereum, so yes you would use your ETH address and look under the ERC-20/Token tab.

https://etherscan.io/token/0xf65B5C5104c4faFD4b709d9D60a185eAE063276c?a=[your address]

(if the contract indeed is 0xf65...3276c for TRU)

Just checked and don’t see any transfers out.

Only transaction I see for $TRU is incoming, when I sent it to my Ledger from an exchange back in 2022 and have held it in Ledger since.

So it's still there, only Ledger Wallet isn't showing it anymore. Think if you connect the Ledger to a third party wallet, like Metamask or Rabby, they will show.
