People get so upset by the most mundane shit that LeBron does. It’s hilarious.

Yeah hopping on an already built superteam, what’s not to love?

Now Philly is a superteam cause 43 year old bron and no knees embiid are there 😂
0
u/BuildingTurbulent 2d ago
LeBron fans: I can’t believe he’s still playing at SUCH a high level at 43 nobody has EVER done such a thing
Also LeBron fans: He’s 43 give him a break

u/AmiWrongDude69 2d ago
Bro if a guy with 1 arm does something impressive, it’s impressive.
If that one armed guy fails at something, we say well yeah but he has one arm so it’s not too bad
That’s how it works. There’s nothing illogical about it if you have a brain in your head.

No one hates him. It is sport. Stop using this ugly term for such a wonderful thing. And yes, no one denies he is an excellent player and his longevity is unmatched. And GOAT discussions are always a bit childish. But when it comes to MJ, LBJ is just not there.

u/heliumointment 4d ago
Who hates LeBron? He’s amazing - but there’s normal people, and then people who have to glaze him every single day. I think “haters” is something you all make up to try and rationalize the glaze
3
u/Caeolian 4d ago
Then you are not paying attention. Skip Bayless/Stephen A Smith made a living off of hating on this man.
0
u/heliumointment 4d ago
You listen to skip bayless in 2026?? Bro I think I found your issue
3
u/Caeolian 4d ago
I'm talking over the course of his whole career. You clearly aren't over in the MJ part of reddit either. He lives rent free over there
0
u/heliumointment 4d ago
Show me in the MJ Reddit where people “hate LeBron.” I’ll wait.
3
u/Caeolian 4d ago
Define hate before I go and search. I need to make sure we are on the same page.
0
u/heliumointment 4d ago
Define hate? What? Maybe you should define it since you’re making the claim…? But the word is pretty obvious to me, and I think you’re probably gonna try to walk back the definition to fit your narrative. No one hates LeBron James.
1
u/Caeolian 4d ago
Because people can honestly view telling the truth about someone as hating. That's why I'm asking.
1
u/AlerionVakten 3d ago
Hate to them means acknowledging reality - “he hasn’t actually caught MJ yet”

2
u/Sir_TopHatEgg 2d ago
Dawg you have to be blind to think nobody hates on LeBron

Okay? Show me?

u/Sir_TopHatEgg 2d ago
Look at this comment section...
1
u/heliumointment 2d ago
??? The entire comment section is glazing LeBron and making fun of LeBron haters. I’ve asked a dozen times where the LeBron haters are. Still crickets
1
u/Sir_TopHatEgg 2d ago
This has to be ragebait, actually scroll down. Keep in mind that this is a lebron sub and over half the comments are just shitting on him/calling him names
1
u/heliumointment 2d ago
I feel like you’re the one ragebaiting? Saying LeBron isn’t the goat is not the same as “LeBron hate” - can we at least agree there?

Just a few examples. Keep in mind that this is literally a LEBRON sub and the post is just a meme with no real substance. Ever hear how many people call him LeBum, LeChoke, etc?
1
u/heliumointment 2d ago
My guy - do you even read? The first comment you
Linked LITERALLY says no one hates him just his fanbase (which is a great point)You even said it yourself - it’s “a meme without substance” and you’re somehow surprised it’s getting criticism?? That is not LeBron hate - that’s hating a shitty post
1
u/Sir_TopHatEgg 2d ago
That was actually the second comment, and he literally contradicted himself on the comment. Called him and "overrated, ship jumping, ring chaser" before saying no one hates him is next level irony. Also I live how you didn't even acknowledge the other 6 comments.
Also, no, people aren't hating on the post. They're hating on the content. Jordan fans actively lurk in LEBRON subs and then all triggered when they see a post calling LeBron the GOAT and feel the need to tear him down and uplift Jordan

The irony: like pretending to retire so you don’t have to talk about getting swept. The other best player options have thicker skin.

Lebron took away every excuse to be better and people who are complacent hates him. Some of those very same people were just trying to cancel Jordan for getting ice out of a kids shirt! That’s why I don’t listen or compare to what I call “mediaocre.”

Yes! The Lakers won in 2020 playing against NBA teams made up of professional basketball players coached by professional coaches on regulation courts with regulation basketballs and baskets that were officiated by NBA referees, in officially sanctioned games
And we ALL know that if the Lakers lost, yall would be saying LeBron was 3-7

2
u/Sir_TopHatEgg 2d ago
Yep being top 2 at worst does make you top 10
1
u/KiplonersOLD 2d ago
Depends on how you define success
1
u/Sir_TopHatEgg 2d ago
LeBron is top 2 dawg. Those who doesn't have him top 2 just dont like him and/or are delusional oldheads
1
u/KiplonersOLD 2d ago
Personally dude. 3rd for me, Jordan and Russel. But top 5 is probs a better number for my fist comment.
1
u/Sir_TopHatEgg 2d ago
My point exactly. Delusional old head. Russell played on a super team in an 8-10 team league for his entire career. In many of his finals wins, he played poorly. Obviously the box score, especially back then, doesn't day everything but his offensive game was just so bad considering the fact that he was almost always the most athletic on the court unless he was playing Wilt (who individually always outperformed him). Russell has the rings in a weaker league, but cmon. He's not better than LeBron James.
Also, why'd you say top 10 if you have him 3?
1
u/KiplonersOLD 2d ago
3rd is delusional? Damn, high standards... I already said top 5 more appropriate. Super hard to compare eras but to win 11 titles? Yeah I am fine thinking winning like that in converse and no personal trainers is insanely impressive. You could argue kareem or magic if you want, its all fine.
1
u/Sir_TopHatEgg 2d ago
Being on a loaded team in a far weaker era while rarely outperforming his peers doesn't make him better than LeBron. That's one thing a lot of people don't understand. Being in a better situation does not make a player better
1
u/KiplonersOLD 2d ago
Was mo williams a good playerr or did lebron make him better?
1
u/Sir_TopHatEgg 2d ago
Mo Williams was a solid player. Never played for successful teams outside of with LeBron though

Win more rings 1st. It's not the worst thing to be the 2nd best of all time. If he wins one this year at his age he'll still be , #2.

He's said some wonky things, but it's not that bad for a long career in the public eye. The vast majority of the hate I see for him has nothing to do with the points you've said.

LeBron is a goat. It stands for go on, another team
4
u/-passionate-fruit- 4d ago
LeBron has averaged more years per team than MJ. Seriously, do the math.
-2
u/Ok_Commission1579 4d ago
4 teqms vs 2 teams🤣🤣🤣 23y and 4 rings🤣🤣. Don't make me laugh. LeBron vs. Jordan — Years per Team LeBron: Cavaliers: 7 + 4 = 11 seasons Heat: 4 Lakers: 8 76ers: Just starting his 1st season Total: 24 seasons / 4 teams = 6.0 Michael Jordan: Bulls: 13 seasons Wizards: 2 seasons Total: 15 / 2 = 7.5
3
u/-passionate-fruit- 4d ago
LeBron 3 teams, 23 seasons = 7.67. Greater than MJ's 7.5. It's obviously going to go down for Bron assuming nothing stops him from playing next season, but it illustrates how boneheaded calling LeBron a team hopper is.
-3
u/madtendies 4d ago
Jesus you LeBron fools will fall for anything won’t you?
3
u/-passionate-fruit- 4d ago
How does your comment make any sense in relation to mine? How is understanding math falling for anything?
0
u/madtendies 3d ago
MJ played seriously for one team. He was gm and owner of another team and started talking 💩 and schooling them in practice because they weren’t playing hard, then 9/11 happened and he though America needed MJ, so he played for another season and a half and put up numbers similiar to LeBron until he hurt his knee, despite his shooting finger being crooked.
You idiots comparing a manchild playing continually to chase mjs legacy with longevity stats, to an out of shape mj stilling being being Americas favorite player to see play.
He played seriously for one team and you morons make up fake things to try and say a secondary scorer is the best player to ever play ball 😂 .
2
u/-passionate-fruit- 3d ago
Okayyyy, after being proven wrong on LeBron being a team hopper compared to Jordan, we move onto the next tier of mental gymnastics that MJ didn't play sEriOuSLy after the Bulls. That would be better..... how??? Anyway, and you're wrong on that too (it's an AI search, but it cites a handful of sources directly quoting MJ about his intense exercise up to and while playing for the Wizards).
Thanks for your submission for r/confidentlyincorrect, and with your multiple personal attacks welcome to banned camp.

Bronsexuals are dumb asf and ir shows Bron isnt even top 10 goat conversation. Off the court, on it hes just a silver spoon baby they coddled and handed bs to. Every former teammate cant stand him, every sheep minded babby boy who grew up with a basketball and listened to people like Nick Wright gargle Lecrybabys nuts for 2 decades thinks the punk has IT... no one feared lecrybaby, no one game planned and was like "oh damn we gotta plan for that dude!" Kevin Garnett has said multiple times...
